On May 14, 2026, a new release of “Accounting for Kazakhstan”, edition 3.0, was published — version 3.0.72.1. The update includes new features for working with counterparties, electronic document management, tax reporting, IS ESF, and regulated reporting forms for 2026.
What’s new in version 3.0.72.1?
1. Counterparty taxation regime data
The 1C:Counterparty for Kazakhstan service now allows users to receive information about the taxation regime of counterparties.
This data is available directly in the “Counterparties” directory, both in the item card and in the list view.
This is useful for accountants and specialists who regularly check data on suppliers, customers, and business partners.
Important: at the moment, batch retrieval of taxation regimes for a list of counterparties is not supported.
2. 1C:EDM for Kazakhstan service has been added
The configuration now includes the 1C:EDM for Kazakhstan service. It allows users to exchange legally significant electronic documents via the internet directly from 1C software products.
Users can also work through a web client to receive and sign incoming documents.
To use the service, you need:
- registration of the software in the personal account on the 1C:ITS portal;
- enabled internet support in 1C;
- internet access;
- an NCA RK digital signature and installed NCALayer.
3. Changes to social tax calculation for individual entrepreneurs
The update takes into account the requirements of paragraph 4 of Article 556 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan when calculating social tax for employees of individual entrepreneurs under the general taxation regime.
If an employee of an individual entrepreneur has no registered income, that employee is excluded from the social tax calculation.
4. Improved integration with IS ESF
The release adds new features for working with VAT offset notifications:
- optional VAT offset based on notifications;
- document locking to prevent accidental editing;
- export of notifications to XLS;
- filling in the document by period within a quarter;
- document validation command;
- filling in data based on notification rows.
This is especially useful for companies that actively work with VAT and electronic invoices.
5. Regulated reporting has been updated
The release includes changes to reporting forms for 2026:
- form 300.00 for VAT now supports exporting data on VAT amounts accepted for offset to Excel;
- form 400.00 for excise tax for 2026 has been added;
- form 910.00 for small business entities for 2026 has been added;
- 1C:Reporting functionality for form 200.00 has been expanded;
- JSON export for ISNA has been implemented for forms 300.00, 400.00, and 910.00.
6. Other changes
The update also includes:
- improvements to express accounting checks;
- changes to the selection of payment terms in counterparty contracts and the printed invoice form;
- display of all taxation regimes in receipt documents;
- fixes for identified errors and issues.
Should you install the update?
Yes, especially if you work with:
- VAT;
- IS ESF;
- regulated reporting for 2026;
- 1C:Reporting;
- electronic document management;
- counterparty verification.
The update includes not only new features but also important fixes. We recommend installing the release after preliminary testing and creating a backup copy of the database.
